Specifies the phone model, system version, HAHA version and problem, without unnecessary sensitive information.

Record a laugh

Touch the green microphone, bottom center. Laugh for up to five seconds, listen again, then give it a name, a little note if you want, and its moods. “Keep That Laugh” puts it on your phone: it’s not public. The “What now?” page » then offers to send it, make it travel or enter it in the arena.

Create an account

Listening and voting work without counting. To publish, travel or enter the arena, choose “Create an account”: nickname, e-mail, password (8 characters minimum) and your country. An email from HAHA sends you a validation link: open it, then return to the app, which detects it on its own. Nothing received? Look in spam or promotions, then tap “Resend email”. Forgotten password: “I have an account” → “Forgot your password? ".

Make a laugh travel

From a guarded laughter, choose “Travel the world”. Choose up to three destination countries, confirm the rules, then send. One person listens to each laugh before it is published; its status is displayed on the laughter page and in Me → All my publications. Once online, his passport shows the countries where he has been listened to.

The arena

In the Arena tab, listen to both laughs until the end, then vote for your favorite. To enter a published laugh, press “Register my laugh”: this costs a credit for 7 days. A credit is offered every week to the accounts, voting makes you win, and packs exist. Nothing to gain except glory.

Purchases and refunds

“Propel my laughter” and credit packs are paid for via the App Store or Google Play, without subscription. If a purchase does not appear, relaunch the app connected to the same account: it is checked again automatically. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play → Order History). For any other questions, write to us with the date and product.

Explore the world

In the World tab, rotate the globe, pinch to zoom and tap a country to listen to its laughter or those who travel there. The countries are chosen by hand: no GPS position.

Send in a conversation

“Send to a loved one” opens the phone’s compatible applications. Choose an email and your recipient. Presentation and acceptance of audio depends on this application.

Report and block

The public laughter menu allows you to report it or block its author. Reporting masks laughter for you and passes it on to moderation. Blockages are managed in Me. Also contact support for a security issue or removal. In case of immediate danger, call local emergency services.

Withdrawal and deletion

Remove a publication from the laughter page or from Me → All my publications. To delete the account and its community data, open Me → My account or use the external deletion request. The remaining credits are then lost. Local files and already shared copies are managed separately.

Microphone, network and playback

Checks permissions, free space, media volume and Bluetooth headphones. The world and the arena require the Internet. Unauthorized clients may be refused by integrity checks.

Family memories

From HAHA 1.2.1: in Me → Family Memories, create a dated card with a little note and up to twenty five-second laughs. Maps and recordings remain on this phone. Share the card and audio files separately so your loved ones can listen without installing HAHA. The map is not an online album and nothing is published automatically. Shares voices with the agreement of those recorded.
